After a full day of running errands, my husband and I got home and we decided to go for a run. We just did our three mile loop, but after not running for a bit and spending nearly 24 hours on an airplane, the run felt kind of hard. My stomach is still a little bit angry at me from all of the strange food its been having to digest on the airplane, but hopefully after another good night’s sleep that will start to get back to normal (whatever normal is)!
